Instructions and Policies
Reservations
A credit card is required to hold your reservation but will not be charged until check-in (an alternate form of payment may be provided at check-in if desired), or in the event of cancellation (see cancellation policy).
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival date may result in a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date may result in a $50 cancellation fee unless we are able to rebook the room/suite.
Occupancy
Rates are based on double occupancy. Unfortunately The Outback, which has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa, is the only room designed to hold more than two guests.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM
Smoking
We are a smoke-free bed and breakfast. If you are a smoker, you may smoke outside, in the pool area, or on the balconies of the suites, but please be respectful of other guests. A $250 fee will be added to your bill for smoking in the rooms. No exceptions!
Children
Biggers Bluff Bed & Breakfast offers a uniquely elegant and romantic atmosphere for couples and other guests. Children are welcome with guests who have reservations in The Outback as long as they will not interfere with the comfort and enjoyment of our other guests.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site and/or complete a reservation request. However, we will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Other
:: Pets are not allowed at our facility. However, we can recommend local kennels.
:: Lit candles are only allowed if they are enclosed in a votive or holder with sidewalls
higher than the flame.
